Quick Start
Get ProfitLens up and running in under 15 minutes.

Create your account
Click Start Free from any page. Enter your business name, your name, email and a password. No credit card required.

Import your data
The fastest way to start is the demo data loader. Go to Import Data in the sidebar and click Load Demo Data. This populates your account with a realistic sample trade business so you can explore every feature immediately.

Generate insights
After importing data, go to Insights and click Re-analyse. ProfitLens will run its analysis engine across your data and generate your first set of insights — profit leaks, warnings, opportunities and positive trends.

Review your dashboard
Head to the Dashboard to see your Business Health Score, key metrics, and the AI Insights feed. If there are overdue invoices, a Chase Now button appears on the dashboard.

Ask the ProfitLens AI Coach
Go to ProfitLens AI Coach and ask: "What are the three biggest problems in my business right now?" The AI will analyse your data and give you a direct, specific answer.
